Sandeep Sahai is the Chief Executive Officer of Clearwater Analytics, a position he has held since 2018. Under his leadership, the company has experienced significant organic growth across its core industries, expanded into new geographies, and entered new markets. Clearwater has built a disruptive SaaS platform that, combined with deep operational expertise, has helped establish the company as a leader in the industry. What began as a primarily single-office operation has evolved into a global entity with offices and operating centers around the world, serving large and complex global customers. Clearwater went public in Fall 2021 and is traded under the ticker CWAN.

Previously, Sandeep was President and CEO of Headstrong, a leading solutions and managed services provider to leading financial institutions around the world. At the conclusion of his tenure as CEO at Headstrong, the company had several thousand employees with development centers across Asia, Europe, and the United States. Before Headstrong, he was a founder and partner of the consulting firm TechSpan, CEO of Virginia-based SkanSoft, and served for 10 years with the HCL group. Prior to joining Clearwater, Sandeep was Chairman of AIM Software in Austria, on the Board of Simeio solutions, and an Operating Partner at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS).

Sandeep holds an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, an Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, and is an alumnus of The Doon School, Dehradun.

Shane?is the Chief Strategy Officer at Clearwater Analytics, where he is focused on developing the Company’s long-term strategic growth plan, including Clearwater’s overall product portfolio expansion and M&A initiatives.

Prior to joining Clearwater Analytics, he was President and Global Head of Account Management at IHS Markit, led IHS Markit’s team in the Asia Pacific region, and managed the firm’s relationships with its largest global accounts. Prior to IHS Markit, Akeroyd held executive level positions at RBC Capital Markets and also held executive and senior level roles at TD Securities, Bear Stearns, and Bank of America.?

Shane?holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Economics from University College London.

As Chief Administrative Officer at Clearwater Analytics, Cindy leads the HR, Talent Acquisition, Facilities and IT functions. Previously serving as the Chief Transformation Officer and Chief HR Officer, she has been instrumental in establishing Clearwater Analytics as a global leader in investment management through strategic organizational initiatives.

With over 25 years of experience in transformational change, Cindy brings extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, organizational and operating model redesign, culture development, employee engagement, and major systems implementations. Her career began at Deloitte Consulting, followed by a decade with Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She has held senior leadership roles at CSC (now DXC Technology), Advantia Health, and Solera Holdings. Prior to joining Clearwater, she founded and led Headpoint Consulting, providing strategic transformation guidance to growing organizations.

Cindy holds degrees from MIT Sloan School of Management and Miami University (Ohio) and spent two years at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

Jim provides executive-level leadership to guide Clearwater’s financial strategies across the global company. He has top-level experience in a broad range of technology business models with public and private companies and experience with strategic transactions and integration activities.

Prior to Clearwater, Jim served as CFO of Glassdoor, where he oversaw the company’s preparation for initial public offering, and served as CFO at Lithium Technologies and Advent Software.

Jim holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Ohio University.

Souvik Das is Chief Technology Officer at Clearwater Analytics, where he is focusing on building out the company’s SaaS platform with the latest enhancements. He has deep experience in building and scaling technology platforms and leading global engineering teams. Souvik was most recently CTO at Zenefits, where he led all product development, operations, infrastructure, information security, and information technology. He served as SVP of Engineering at Grand Rounds prior to Zenefits and prior to that served as CTO at Capital One Auto Finance (COAF), leading all of Engineering for the multibillion-dollar business unit. At Capital One, he successfully led the migration of COAF’s on-prem infrastructure to public cloud, and the modernization of COAF’s technical stack. Before that, Das spent a decade at PayPal, where he held a number of increasingly responsible management positions in software engineering including leading the Merchant Technology team, a global team of several hundred engineers.

Das has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Georgia, Athens. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

?Scott Erickson is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Clearwater Analytics since April 2023 and has previously served in various senior executive positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer (COO).??

As CRO, Scott is laser focused on building high-performance teams and ensuring success for every Clearwater client around the world. Previously, Scott served as President of Americas and New Markets from 2021 to 2023 and was responsible for driving growth in these regions and building our new Clearwater product offerings. Prior to his role as President, he was COO from 2017 to 2021.?

Scott boasts an impressive 18-year track record of elevating Clearwater’s software and services to the insurance, asset management, corporate and government markets, while holding senior leadership roles in Client Services, Product Management, and Sales. He began his career at Clearwater Analytics as a New Account Manager in 2005, and later transitioned to lead the team as Director of Operations and Client Services in 2008.??

During Clearwater’s early days, Scott implemented many of Clearwater’s initial accounts and built the Product Management team from the ground up. During that time, he spearheaded the effort to develop Clearwater’s world-class investment accounting, analytics, and reporting platform for the insurance market, and later oversaw expansion into the asset management market. From 2013 to 2016, while serving as both the Director of Client Services and Product Management, he led the strategy and go-to-market plans for new products and services. He also led the initiative to grow Clearwater’s footprint into new international markets. From 2016 to 2017, Scott was Director of Sales for the Americas region, and in 2017, was promoted to COO. In this capacity, he helped to expand and improve Clearwater’s solutions and services.?

Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish literature from Whitman College.?

Fleur Sohtz is the Chief Marketing Officer at Clearwater Analytics. Fleur holds 25 years’ experience scaling high-growth companies, achieving double-digit revenue growth, and creating integrated marketing programs at global companies such as Collibra, Markit (now part of S&P), and Thomson Reuters.

Known for her marketing leadership, Fleur is an experienced CMO who has spent her career driving impactful marketing programs, achieving market differentiation, and fostering demonstrable business growth and operational efficiency. Her notable accomplishments include activating new revenue streams for Cordium, developing a go-to-market platform for venture fund Team8, category creation at Collibra, and successfully repositioning companies for future growth and market expansion.

Fleur holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Massachusetts.

Neal Pawar currently serves as President and Head of Asset Management at Clearwater Analytics. A computer scientist by training, Neal has spent nearly 30 years in the financial services industry in various leadership roles. Prior to joining Clearwater, he was the COO at Enfusion, a?leader in software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for the investment management and hedge fund industry, acquired by Clearwater this year.

Neal has held senior operating roles on the buy-side of investment management, including as a Partner and CTO at quantitative firms D. E. Shaw & Co, and AQR Capital, and global operating roles as CIO of UBS Wealth Management and Group CIO of Deutsche Bank. Prior to Enfusion, he was COO and interim CEO of Qontigo, a provider of financial intelligence tools and indices for investment managers.

Neal is a strategic advisor to Talos, a digital asset trading firm and on the advisory board of Emory University’s department of Quantitative Science. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Brown University.

As Chief Operating Officer, Subi plays a pivotal role in translating the company’s vision and strategy into effective operational execution. She leads Clearwater’s global Client Operations, driving operational excellence for Clients and operations through innovative solutions and strategic leadership.

Subi has over 27 years of experience across multiple industries, including Service (IT/ITES), Healthcare, BFSI, and Manufacturing. Before joining Clearwater, she led the end-to-end Operations function at UnitedHealth Group’s Optum Global Solutions.

At Genpact, Subi held various leadership positions in Operations, Quality, Transitions, and Technology. She brings extensive experience in technology platforms and intelligent automation, visualization, machine learning, and AI implementations across various business functions.?

Subi holds an Advanced Management degree from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and is a graduate in mathematics from Delhi University.

Kirat Singh is President of Risk and Alternative Assets at Clearwater. He has had a long career as one of Wall Street’s premier technologists. Prior to joining Clearwater, he co-founded Beacon, an industry-leading provider of enterprise risk analytics and developer infrastructure, now a Clearwater company.

During his career, Kirat spent four years launching and delivering the Quartz project at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, which is now used by more than 5,000 developers across the bank. Earlier, he launched and delivered the Athena project at JPMorgan with Beacon co-founder Dr. Mark Higgins, and spent eight years at Goldman Sachs building the SecDB platform used across the firm.

Alphonse Valbrune started his legal career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, a leading law firm, where he specialized in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions and worked on initial public offerings and public stock and debt issuances totaling over $2 billion. Following his time at Skadden, Alphonse served as the Deputy General Counsel, then General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, of Headstrong Corporation, a global IT services company, where he was an integral part of Headstrong’s executive leadership management team. Following the acquisition of Headstrong by Genpact, a global publicly held professional services firm, Alphonse has held several roles, most recently leading an international group of attorneys responsible for the commercial transactions of Genpact’s Banking and Capital Markets vertical, representing over $1 billion in revenue.

Alphonse holds an A.B. from Harvard College and a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law.

Keith is the Managing Director, Head of EMEA for Clearwater. Prior to joining Clearwater, Keith held executive and senior leadership positions at several high growth technology companies including BlackRock, where he led the EMEA business development function for the “Aladdin” business.

Prior to BlackRock, Keith was a Managing Director at IHS Markit where he held a wide range of responsibilities and made significant contributions to the growth of several of the software and services businesses acquired by the firm, with an emphasis on investment management and expansion across EMEA.? Keith has over two decades of technology and data experience and has also held senior leadership roles at other prominent fintech companies, including Thomson Reuters, Tradeweb and FactSet.

While Keith is originally from Chicago, he relocated to the UK in 2008 and is now a British citizen. He brings a unique perspective and understanding of international markets to Clearwater. Keith has a passion for investment management technology in both public and private markets and has deep domain systems expertise across the end-to-end investment management lifecycle.

Keith holds an M.B.A. from DePaul University Chicago and a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
