Javier is a corporate finance professional with more than 10 years of treasury, finance, accounting, and industry experience, and is skilled at advancing an organization’s financial stability through global financial strategy and leadership. As Manager, Treasury Services at Delta Air Lines, Javier oversees foreign exchange, letters of credit, SAP treasury accounting, corporate cash management and investments, and the bank account management team. Prior to working at Delta, he was the Foreign Exchange Risk Manager at Caterpillar. Javier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics, Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, and Master of Business Administration in Finance.

Susan leads Clearwater’s marketing programs, including building a comprehensive marketing strategy, driving brand and market awareness, and delivering high-quality digital content to clients and prospects that inspires action.
With multiple CMO and marketing consulting roles spanning her 30-year career, Susan brings a marketing playbook spanning strategy, brand, demand generation, operations, and metrics-based decisioning to Clearwater. She has in-depth experience traversing diverse roles including product marketing, product management, engineering, quality assurance, professional services, training, and sales enablement with successful software and services businesses including most recently at Granicus (Vista Equity Partners) where she was CMO. She also served in marketing leadership roles at Clarabridge (Summit Partners), newBrandAnalytics (acquired by Sprinklr), webMethods (acquired by Software AG), Checkfree (now Fiserv), and Deloitte Consulting. With this vast experience, Susan brings insight on IPOs, acquisitions, profitability, SaaS business metrics, international expansion, marketing technology, product innovation, and customer success in the software industry.
Susan received her bachelor’s from the University of Pittsburgh with a focus on Mathematics.

Cody Lott has worked for the past two years as a treasury solutions expert for Clearwater. Prior to his time at Clearwater, Cody worked for Micron Technology as a senior treasury analyst. During Cody’s time at Micron, the portfolio grew to $8 billion and then back down to $3 billion due to acquisitions. Cody managed a group of nine external asset managers at the height of the portfolio. He also assisted in the implementation of Kyriba (treasury management system), while at Micron
Cody spends the majority of his free time in the Idaho outdoors with his wife, family, and friends. In addition to riding snowmobiles for pleasure, Cody also started an organization dedicated to keeping lands public called Sum+It Riders, and he serves on the board of the Idaho State Snowmobile Association. A personal goal of his is to ensure future generations have the opportunity to enjoy the back country.
Cody has an MBA from Boise State University as well as degrees in accounting and finance.
