Neal Pawar currently serves as President and Head of Asset Management at Clearwater Analytics. A computer scientist by training, Neal has spent nearly 30 years in the financial services industry in various leadership roles. Prior to joining Clearwater, he was the COO at Enfusion, a?leader in software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for the investment management and hedge fund industry, acquired by Clearwater this year.

Neal has held senior operating roles on the buy-side of investment management, including as a Partner and CTO at quantitative firms D. E. Shaw & Co, and AQR Capital, and global operating roles as CIO of UBS Wealth Management and Group CIO of Deutsche Bank. Prior to Enfusion, he was COO and interim CEO of Qontigo, a provider of financial intelligence tools and indices for investment managers.

Neal is a strategic advisor to Talos, a digital asset trading firm and on the advisory board of Emory University’s department of Quantitative Science. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Brown University.
